We collect only the information we genuinely need. There are 2 sources:

A. Information you give us. When you fill out our quote or free-audit request form, we ask for your name, email address, website URL, service you are interested in, and your message. Your phone number is optional, share it only if you want us to call or message you. That is the only personal data our forms collect. We do not collect payment details, government IDs, or any other sensitive personal information through this site.

B. Information collected automatically. Our hosting infrastructure may log basic technical data needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses in server logs and security events. We do not run analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking tools, so no behavioral profiles are built from your visits.

We use the information you provide for exactly 2 purposes:

1. To respond to your inquiry. We use your name, email, website URL, phone number (if provided), selected service, and message to prepare your quote or audit, communicate with you about it, and, if you submit the form, send you a thank-you email with a link to book a free strategy call.
2. To operate and protect the website. Technical log data is used to keep the site running, diagnose problems, and defend against abuse.

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build marketing profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

This site sets no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only cookies that may operate are essential hosting, security, and load-balancing cookies, plus a consent-choice cookie if a consent banner is introduced later. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your details are used only by our specialist team to handle your request. We will never hand your information to advertisers, data brokers, or other companies.

The only exceptions are narrow: we may disclose information if required by law or a court order, or to protect our legal rights. If our business is ever sold or transferred, your data would transfer as part of the business assets, and we would notify you.

We keep your quote-request details only for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your request, normally no longer than 24 months after our last meaningful contact, unless you become a client (in which case client records follow the terms of your engagement).

Technical server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes and then deleted or anonymized. If you would like your information removed sooner, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

We protect your information with sensible, standard measures: access limited to the team members who need it, secure connections (HTTPS) for data in transit, and reputable hosting infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe, and we collect as little of it as possible in the first place.

You are in control of your data. At any time, you may ask us to:

1. Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
2. Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete.
3. Delete your personal data.
4. Restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it.

If we change how we handle personal data, for example, by adding analytics or new contact methods, we will update this policy and change the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes counts as acceptance.
